Kay & Jerry provide team and client support by caring for outside of the office duties, such as placement/pick up of signs and lockboxes, making and checking key copies, and delivery of marketing materials and client paperwork.  In addition, a notebook and log is maintained for each listing.  All vacant homes are checked every week and include a checklist for condition of interior and exterior. 

All occupied homes are checked every two weeks for condition of yard and exterior.  Any action involving the listing is noted and recorded. This provides a helpful reference for the office team and the client, tracking any events from listing to sale.
